exclusive | Ground16 - Uplifted (Pistaccio Remix) | Growing Pleasures On the third release from Growing Pleasures, Ground16’s „Excuse EP“ receives a reinterpretation on the A2, with Sydney-based producer Pistaccio stepping in to rework “Uplifted”. Known for releases on labels such as Magic Carpet, Mindhelmet and Perspective, Pistaccio approaches the remix with the subtle groove and textural depth that has become characteristic of his productions. The track settles into a rolling minimal bassline - warm, steady, and quietly propulsive. Above it, deep chords unfold with an almost dubby character, filling the space with a soft atmosphere that feels relaxed and focused. There’s a gentle brightness in the sound palette, giving the remix a slightly sun-kissed quality while still keeping enough depth for club settings. As the track progresses, the chord structure slowly evolves. Additional notes slip into the progression, gradually reshaping the melody and giving the arrangement a sense of movement without disturbing its laid-back flow. The result is a groove that feels equally at home in open-air settings during the warmer months as it does in more intimate club moments where subtle shifts in harmony carry the energy forward.
