Next Sunday I’m going to be running the @londonmarathon for @teenage_cancer ! ⭐️💫
I’ve trained hard for 16 weeks, already raised over £3000 and am almosttt ready to get on the start line.
Thank you so much to everyone who’s already donated to this amazing charity. It’s a really special one for my family, as 2026 marks 10 years since my sister @hedmonds_ was first diagnosed with cancer.
TCT have always been there for Han. The charity funds specialist nurses, youth support teams and hospital units within the NHS to provide the very best care and support for young people going through cancer. When you think the world is falling apart in front you, Teenage Cancer Trust puts it back together.
Myself and @emilybbutchart really want to raise as much money as possible, and get over that finish line with a huge smile, knowing we’ve all made a difference.

tonight is @lauraedmonds21 ’s last show with @bbcintroducing in the south west as her apprenticeship ends and we are going to miss her so much
from day one (get it?), she has been brilliant and an exemplary apprentice
she’s dived head first into every single thing asked of her and become an integral part of the SW music scene
when she joined the team, I said to her that the thing that’ll surprise her most is just how big the community feel is in SW - how everyone wants everyone else to do well - and you have all taken her in with open arms
I’m certain this won’t be the last you see of Laura in the SW but she’s going to be on the show tonight talking about her time with intro SW so now is your opportunity to drop some love in the comments so I can read them to her later (which she will definitely hate but I’m doing it anyway!)

The last pic was taken back in 2020 when myself and @priyeahjr recorded our first show for @xpressradiocardiff in my 1st year bedroom, in lockdown. It was so fun & we were shook that our voices would actually be on the airwaves - this feels like that again!
