It’s been a few years since I PR’d my front squat. So hitting 405lbs on the weekend felt pretty good.
The @crossfitgames open kicks off this weekend and even though I’m already qualified for the @northern_california_classic we’re going to give it everything we have!

Some positives and some weaknesses exposed in the @northern_california_classic and @mad_fitness_festival qualifiers but overall a good start to the season. A couple highlights with a PR split jerk at 382lbs and a 440lbs back squat.
