Looking for funding to bring your sustainability idea to life? 🌱💡
Got a project that needs a little extra support—whether that’s new equipment, protected staff time, or investing in green energy that saves money long-term? This is for you.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when applying for funding:
🔹 Not all grants are open to GP practices—so think creatively. Partner with a local charity (e.g. a community garden 🌿) or link up with a Social Prescriber to strengthen your application.
🔹 Always check with the funder. Many understand that practices aren’t profit-driven and play a vital role in tackling health inequalities in the community.
🔹 We’ve grouped funding opportunities by theme, with location-specific options highlighted—so you can quickly find what’s relevant to you.
🔹 Applications would be made as your practice (not Greener Practice), but we’re happy to support with evidence or a strong backing statement.
Big ideas start somewhere—this could be your sign to go for it 🚀
