Great Ooze started at the Woodland a little over a year ago, the result of an impromptu soundcheck for our annual fundraiser developing into an outlet for capturing our shared experiences living in the desert and building trails, and our love of loud guitars.
The album is a song cycle, each piece a reflection on the isolation and wonder that comes from time spent outdoors, explorations of a land ethic. The "single" you can listen to now is about smashing rocks & whether that's helping anything.
