Starting with the idea of irregularities, both in manmade and natural surfaces, leading to Myr and Mylla by Note Design Studio. “We were in search of something imperfect, where the textile would seem to be a bit non-structural, in the same way material surfaces have their irregularities. We worked on many physical prototypes in the studio, sewing the filled fabric to test how the placement of stitches affected the ‘random’ surface pattern.” – Charlotte Ackemar, Senior Designer at Note Design Studio.
