Ad/ I’m really into indoor/outdoor living, and I’ve always used the patio, but more as a place to occasionally sit rather than somewhere we’d properly dine. So I wanted to change it up with some beautiful pieces from Argos, ready for summer, and start using it as an extension of the kitchen, one big space.
I styled everything around the Scandi 6 Seater Metal Patio Set, it’s the perfect shade of green and ties in so nicely with the doors. Having a proper dining setup out on the patio really draws the eye out there, so it flows naturally from the kitchen, and the striped outdoor rug helps define that space even more. And I’ve added in quite a few accessories to the kitchen and new table to give it the finishing touches. The garden’s my happy place, and giving the space an update, encouraging me to use it more just makes me feel so much brighter, must be the fresh air! And honestly, the easiest part was pulling it all together. Being able to find pieces that work so well in one place just makes the whole process feel a lot more straightforward, especially when you’re trying to bring a space to life without overthinking it. If you’re thinking about updating your space for spring/summer, I’d definitely have a look at @argos they’ve got so many pieces that make it really easy to pull a space like this together
AD. I didn’t think such a small change would make this much difference... but here we are! We’re not ready to fully redo the uneven patio yet, so it’s been about finding simple ways to make it feel nicer in the meantime.

I love how a few considered pieces can pull everything together and make a space feel ready for hosting again, without needing a full overhaul or big spend.
