Friday: What was supposed to be a shakedown turned into a battle. A popped charge pipe, a blown oil cooler hose, and heavy traffic during the hot lap. Despite the chaos, I finally broke my 2-year PB with a 2:21.031. Pulling into the pits to see everyone waiting for me... I’ll admit, I was in tears from relief that the 2 year chase for a PB is finally over. Sharing that moment with everyone made every struggle worth it.
Saturday: The “Go Fast” day. After a last-minute push and an “all hands on deck” situation at the workshop, we headed to Sepang again. Big thanks to my bro
@benfongthecarguy for handing over his personal slot without giving it a second thought to give me one more attempt at it. We found a clean traffic window and smashed Fridays record with a new PB 2:20.543. ⏱️🔥
