We are leading the effort to eliminate underage drinking, and proud of the progress that has been made. Underage drinking rates are at record lows, but our work is not done. Our programs and resources help parents and educators have open and honest conversationsš¬ with kids about saying "YES" to healthy decisions. #PreventUnderageDrinking
Responsible adults plan ahead for a safe ride home using a designated driver, public transportation, or rideshare services. Drunk and impaired driving crashes are 100% preventable. Do your part to help us #EndImpairedDriving
Responsibility.org has been a leader in empowering responsible alcohol choices since 1991. Now, weāre expanding our circle to bring even more voices to the table. Responsibility starts here, and everyone has a seat. Together, weāre building a stronger, more responsible future.

Responsibility starts with ME! šš¼āāļø Really and truly, if I want my children to make responsible choices, I need to role model responsible behaviors. If I want to help change the way congress and senators make decisions, I need to step up and show up to my representatives as a constituent and share my voice!
Last week I traveled to Washington D.C., our nationās capital, with @go_faar for their annual parenting summit. Since April is Alcohol Responsibility Month, we spent an entire day discussing alcohol responsibility hearing from guest speakers like @harlancohen and @bruceholsingerauthor as well as networking with influential figures on the hill, and lobbying for the STOP Act so funding stays in place for Responsibly.Orgās mission to prevent underage drinking and drunk driving.
Because of this meaningful work I am privileged to do with this organization, I am honored and grateful to contribute my efforts to hopefully make an impactful change in our society.
Parents are the #1 influence on whether their kids will drink alcohol or not, and it starts with you and me. It starts with our responsible choices and continues with having conversations and listening to our kids daily.

April is Alcohol Responsibility Month āØThis year, we showed up with one clear mission: keep the STOP Act fully funded for 2027.
Because this isnāt just policy, itās research, data, and national campaigns that actively help prevent underage drinking.
I walked Capitol Hill alongside @tessrowlandtv , a crash survivor turned powerful advocate, and Kelly Poulsen, leading government relations efforts to protect young lives. Together, we had a meaningful meeting with @repfletcher , right here representing Houston.
But that moment didnāt just happen. It came after a full day of learning, listening, and understanding the real impact of this work guided by experts who made one message clear: if you drink, do it responsibly, and never serve alcohol to underage children.
Grateful to be part of these conversations that matter. Cheers to an impactful @go_faar Summit 2026.

I spent time in DC with the @go_faar team in honor of Alcohol Responsibility Month discussing resources and organic strategies around preventing underage drinking.
I met with state reps to make sure the STOP Act (geared towards underage drinking prevention) was fully renewed with $14 million in funding in 2027 that will go towards community programs and parent resources that help keep alcohol out of kidsā hands.
Love our continuous work together and passionately supporting this message.

My third trip to Capitol Hill with @go_faar and the lesson keeps deepening: advocating for our familyās safety isnāt a one-time act ā itās an ongoing conversation.ā£

April is alcohol responsibility month and as we move into May remember that alcohol safety is a year round effort. Letās keep going! šŖā£

From Washington D.C., to California to Tokyo, and everywhere in between, @go_faar friends, partners and champions joined in showing that #ResponsibilityStartsHere - wherever you are - at home, at work, on the road, and in your community.
#AlcoholResponsibilityMonth may be coming to a close, but being an ambassador of responsibility is a year-round commitment - here, there, and everywhere! #ARM2026
Year 3 in D.C. with Responsibility.org @go_faar āand this one hit different.
Because Iām not just showing up as a creator anymore⦠Iām showing up as a dad with basically three teens.
The conversations weāre having around underage drinking, drunk driving, and responsibility arenāt theoretical in my houseātheyāre around the corner.
Grateful to be in rooms with leaders, creators, and advocates (and yes, even a little fun along the way) pushing this forwardābecause progress matters, and going backwards isnāt an option.
Letās keep talking. Letās keep showing up. Letās keep doing better.

April is Alcohol Responsibility Monthāa reminder that the conversations we have and the example we set really matter. For the past 3 years, Burton and I have partnered with Responsibility.org, even traveling to D.C. to meet with lawmakers and advocate for responsible alcohol use.vBut the most important work happens at home. As parents, weāre intentional about how we talk about alcohol, what we model, and helping our kids understand why waiting until 21 matters. Responsibility.org provides resources that actually make those conversations easierāwhether youāre a parent, caregiver, or educator. Proud to be part of this work and help create a safer future. Weāll be sharing more from our time in D.C. soon. This post is sponsored by @go_faar , but all opinions are our own. #ResponsibilityStartsHere #ARM2026 #AlcoholResponsibilityMonth #LeadByExample
As we close out Alcohol Responsibility Month and prepare to step into Mental Health Awareness Month, Iām grateful to partner with @go_faar again to remind you thatā¦
1. Drinking isnāt self-care
2. Preparing to have alcohol, if and when you choose to drink, should be an intentional ritual, too
3. Drinking mindfully all starts with knowing your why
Responsibility starts here, with knowing your why and sipping intentionally. Visit Responsibility.org for tools and tips.
