Excited to announce that @gmt.creates (duo with @samuelhollismusic ) will be supporting Fowl on Sunday at @theatreship
Hugh Nankivell and Graham Browning have worked and played together for over 20 years and became Fowl during lockdown in 2020 when they made the Album Humankindweed, which was very well received with plays on local and national radio including Stuart Maconie’s Freakzone on 6music. More recording and many gigs around the country have followed, including Fire in the Mountain Festival 2025. They also make an occasional podcast - or Fowlpod as they like to say - that you can find on Bandcamp. Fowl’s song have been described as poignant, potent, avian, joyful, sad, serious and silly, often all at the same time. Ducks, geese, pigeons, weeds, cheese, gas and parrots will be on the menu.

✨ Exhibition and Performance in Aldeburgh this Friday! ✨
Join Claire Zakiewicz, Georgia Morgan Turner and Samuel Hollis for a performance at the Aldeburgh Beach Lookout, hosted by gallerist Caroline Wiseman.
This event will combine improvised music with large-scale live painting, created as a graphic score against the backdrop of the full moonrise over the sea.

Yesterday we finished recording my album! 🎊🎊🎊 Only 2 and a half years after the first session. I have been quietly beavering away on this for such a long time, and already so much love, generosity and amazing musicianship from my friends and collaborators has gone into it. My heart is full ❤️ I can't wait to share Tom's incredible playing with you, along with the rest of the album! Watch this space...
