We’re proud to share that GivenGain has renewed its role as the official fundraising platform for the Bank of America Boston Marathon Official Charity Program, extending our collaboration with the Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) and Bank of America for another five years.
This year, runners and nonprofits raised a record $50.4 million, bringing total charitable impact to over $600 million since the program began. And that spirit of endurance keeps growing through new partnerships with WCPG, 29029, Run Travis Run, and SCORE Sports, uniting sport, culture, and community across the globe.
As a nonprofit foundation, GivenGain reinvests 100% of its revenues into technology with purpose — from the Meta × GivenGain integration and The Giving Block × GivenGain (crypto + DAFs) to multi-currency, mobile-first tools that remove barriers for Champions and donors worldwide.

For years, Ryan struggled in silence. Addiction. Arrests. Prison. He carried those battles alone, without knowing how to ask for the support or guidance he needed to find a different path.
Today, 22 years into recovery, he’s turning his story into hope for others. As Executive Director of @pathways2life , Ryan has helped more than 17,000 students navigate life’s hardest moments through mentorship, mental health support, and safe spaces built on honesty and connection.
Now, he’s taking on his biggest challenge yet: climbing Mount Rainier 12 times in just 36 hours. A 29,029-foot vertical climb that mirrors the uphill battles so many young people face every day.
This isn’t about proving he’s unstoppable. It’s about proving that no one should have to climb alone.
Every donation helps @pathways2life continue creating life-changing support systems for youth who need someone to believe in them before they believe in themselves.

I’m at a loss for words for the $11,318 raised (so far) for brain cancer research to benefit @stachestrong . I’m determined to hit $12k+ so please keep the donations coming! Every $1 is one step closer to finding a cure for brain cancer.
When the going got tough and I fought to maintain pace, I kept hearing a voice in my head saying “Steady Eddy…Steady Eddy.” Words I’ve seldom ever used. It kept me going. I think it must’ve been my buddy Geej keeping me on track. Mind you, he’s the real Steady Eddy! He always maintained perfect even splits, and was about as much of a 🪨 as any person you could ever have the privilege of knowing.
@cphmarathon was amazing. 10/10 recommend!
