I had the pleasure of working with @njoyastudios last winter to bring together our window response to Hermes’ theme of L’Appel du Large.
It was wonderful to work through the windows development from initial concept and sketches to working alongside the fabulous @MDM construction team and overseeing the instillation across both London stores.
A truly special project to be apart of.

Last summer I had the pleasure of working with @scenic_sets on the FENDI Fall window displays celebrating the House’s 100th anniversary.
As Scenic Sets described the project:
“A surreal landscape of undulating hills and forced perspectives.
Referencing the fabrics and textures of Silvia Venturini Fendi’s centennial collection, we developed the scheme after a series of maquette proposals.
The hills are made from layers of fabric, painted and stretched over timber frames - with all elements of the scheme designed to be completely separable once finished.”
“Each dot had to be mapped by hand to keep the print looking correct to the eye, whilst the frames were modelled to balance theatrical perspective with lighting practicalities - traditional handcraft and 3D drafting informing one another to achieve something both aesthetically pleasing and mathematically complex.
Built from timber and pinned lycra, the hills were designed to minimise plastic use with materials separable or recyclable once the scheme was finished.”

This one feels rather special! 🌷🌻
I created this galvanised finish by speckling two tones of silver spray paint as a base and then applied liquid chrome paint with a cotton bud to achieve the ‘dashed’ look. This was followed by subtle weathering.
I used this method on various other garden props throughout the film!

A small gift I made for @tedgilding & @katies__ as they welcomed the newest member of our family into the world last July 🌸❤️
I may have also included a mini version of my childhood teddy to live inside 🤭 @flatoutbear
Another Wallace and Gromit fave!
Scale 1:12 garden shears made from wooden dowel and thin sheet metal for the blades.
anyone spot these in the film 🤪

A few fun textures/ paint effects for the sets of Wallace and Gromit - Vengeance Most Fowl.
I loved working on these well-lived-in garden shed felts!

Background paper props for the Police station in Wallace and Gromit - Vengeance Most Fowl.
These were the first props I made at Aardman as a trainee, so very pleased that they still made it in the film!

This sand sifter was a background prop for the gardening scenes in Wallace and Gromit - Vengeance most fowl.
The prop was made with styrene strips heat bent into a circle. Then the wood grain effect was created by thinning down Dolphin glaze body filler and applying with a textured brush.
I painted it with several layers of earthy browns, and speckling for added texture.
