Some cuts from the visuals/installation me and @hofweber put together for @melt_malmo last summer at @inkonst@hofweber brought this idea of neon-sign like dancing figures based on the illustrations from the poster for the event, which turned out really cool in result and the project as a whole was a super fun process from beginning to end🕺💃🕺💃
(1/3) Last year I collaborated with @malmointhemaking , a city development project by Malmö stad.
We went to two architecture and urban development fairs in Malmö and Stockholm and asked the participants what they would like to create in two of the city areas of Malmö: Rosengård and Nyhamnen.
I took these suggestions and transferred them into a canvas that was steadily getting filled with every new contribution during the length of these events.
The result became some sort of interactive collective map showing the needs or interests in the city from the participants.
Malmö stad then published a coloring book based on these illustrations that got distributed to schools and art institutions to further develop this concept with kids.

Alice is a multidisciplinary artist, working in different fields. Different scales. Sometimes larger, in room based installations. Other times smaller, in ceramics and illustrations. Inspired by everyday life: a person passing on a bike, the pattern that the sunshine makes on the pavement, a daydreamed scenario. Everything is worth to think about twice.
Nature, water and movement have been sources of inspiration for the installation this Saturday on Rooted.

Gatuzine is a photo zine that gathers some of Malmö's storefronts and facades. It was originally intended for an exhibition I had at @redan.galleri in 2022 with the same theme, but it ended up not making it on time for the opening and it just never happened.
I decided to take this little zine back from the dead because why not and also as an excuse to do something fun and a little different.

My contribution to @risokompis , a “ blindfolded collaborative poster project” where two artists are asked separetely to interpretate a given topic, to then merge together the two designs into a new, unexpected, two-colored riso poster. Me and @wolejkooo got both “telepathy” as the theme and this is what came out of the blender.
