🌷 Turn everyday reminders into beautiful printed objects! In this workshop you will create a practical and personal artist’s book, meant for daily use. Write down notes to yourself – practical, poetical, spiritual – anything you need to remember on a daily or weekly basis. Make the words big or small, draw and collage with analogue materials. Your finished design will be printed on our risograph and folded into a mini-zine for you to take home.
Free participation, materials included, no experience needed. 🌷
We have 3 color drums + loads of art material + color paper to print on. If you’re in Malmö and ever wanted to try out riso printing, now’s your chance. This will be wild!!!
Hundhjärta / Heart of A Dog
A new comics short story by Saskia Gullstrand, that have been a long time coming. The originals were drawn in 2024. Finally the book is taking shape.
The book in the photos is a dummy, a sharp shot at the final form. We’ll bring it with us to Malmö Artists’ Book Biennal this weekend.

Sneak peak into our research project Comics as artist’s books, where we explore the narrative potential of book format in comics storytelling.
This dummy and several others from our artistic research will be shown at @mabb_malmo this weekend, Fri 15th 12-18 and Sat 16th 11-17 at Victoriateatern. We’ll sell books, show glimpses from the comics research and host a 2-day long riso workshop on stage (free to participate, drop-in, don’t miss!)

MABB2026 presents: @mori_press 📘 Mori Press is a creative studio for risograph printing, small press and artists’ books in Malmö.
The studio was founded in 2024 and is run by Saskia Gullstrand (comic artist and illustrator) and Ebba Gustafsson Ågren (comic artist, musician and visual artist).

Delicious posters for @mapr_band ! 🚀 Three motifs from their comic project and upcoming album ”Mary Anne’s Polar Rig… and the Sound of Speed”. The comic is created by the band, illustrated by @cybernosferatu and interpreted into riso layers by us 😇👾🪐

More documentation from our full day workshop at @hedlandetresidens to warm up their new risograph! After a lecture on the basic principles of riso printing we made ultra-quick, analog two-color posters. As their final project, Sophie, Johan and Örjan chose one zine format each, for which they created print files with one-on-one support. All zines were then printed in an edition of 10. 📖✨
Hedlandet has a lovely three color riso palette: fluo orange, marine red and hunter green. A lovely combo that is both versatile and limiting (in just the right way). Thank you Hedlandet for having us! ❤️
New dream colors: Marine Red + Fluo Orange
Printed today at a workshop with @hedlandetresidens in Torna Hällestad. They have a RISO SF 9350 now and we were invited to test it!
