The last remaining passengers of the cruise ship MV Hondius are evacuated and brought to the Granadilla Port in Tenerife, part of the Canary Islands, Spain, where they were transported on a bus to the airport and repatriated to their respective countries. The MV Hondius, which had three passengers die from Hantavirus last month and eight more reported cases, docked in Tenerife on May 10th. Twenty-five crew members and two medics remained onboard with final destination being Rotterdam, Netherlands. The Dutch-flagged cruise liner MV Hondius left Ushuaia in Argentina on 35-day Atlantic Odyssey on April 1.
