Planet X Studios| Oscar Night | Event Recap
What began as an intimate lounge concept transformed into a full-scale Oscar Night experience at Planet X Studios, welcoming 150 guests, powered by our 50ft LED wall, and supported by a team of 15+ event professionals.
From the red carpet and cocktail menus to event marketing and Oscar ballots, every detail was thoughtfully designed to elevate the night and fully utilize the capabilities of the space.
Huge credit to the team behind the execution. Brielle Honorat led event planning and decor, Gabriel Osorio oversaw PAs and project management, and Sonia Victoria Werner brought it all together through executive production. Special thanks to lead PA Becky Scullin for keeping everything running seamlessly.
