We gathered for a special screening of “Black Is Beautiful: The Kwame Brathwaite Story,” directed by Yemi Bamiro—a moving portrait of photographer and activist Kwame Brathwaite, whose work helped shape the “Black is Beautiful” movement and redefine Black pride through the lens of his camera.

Three Tales Fundraiser at Planet X
Planet X opened its doors Thursday night to celebrate THREE TALES with an incredible community of artists, collaborators, and supporters. The evening brought together film, conversation, and shared energy around a story still unfolding.
The night featured a thoughtful Q&A led by screenwriter Marilyn Fu, alongside the team helping bring the project to life—including producers @jeliaspalmer and @pierreguillet13 , whose dedication continues to move THREE TALES forward.
