Affordable housing, social diversity, and ecological innovation | Residential Quarter Rote Emma, Vienna
As part of this year’s
@ato_wien festival, we will give insights into our extensive timber-hybrid residential development, which is among the first projects of its kind in Austria. Comprising 360 residential units in total, Rote Emma stands not only for sustainable construction, but also for a vibrant culture of community living.
The range of services extends from the local Volkshochschule
@vhs_wien to a kindergarten, as well as the initiatives
@mo.point – mobility services and Verein LOK on building site 2.
At Building Site 1, the ro*sa women’s housing project introduced an innovative, women-focused housing model comprising 44 units.
Join us this Friday for a panel talk with our project partners: Kerstin Robausch-Löffelmann (
@bwsg_besserwohnen ), Alfred Petritz (MIGRA), Oliver Gerner (
@gernergernerplus ), and Friedrich Passler (
@alleswirdgutarchitecture ).
