I’m comfortable with everything from trad folk to raucous indie rock – and can help with adding guitars, keys, bass, percussion, backing vocals, & more as well as string & orchestral arrangements (whatever we feel the song needs!). Recording can be at my home studio in Folkestone for solo/duo acoustic stuff or, more comfortably, at a suitable studio somewhere in Kent (depending on budget & needs) – & I’m happy to travel for larger projects ☺️

Practising taking selfies like an uncle to let you all know that I’ve recently wrapped up an EP with @thetaillightsmusic , very nearly wrapped up a trad folk EP with @nicklawrencemusic , a single I produced for @lucymaywalker is out in a few days, and I’ve been enjoying getting stuck into mixing & mastering a right beautiful album for @northlandmusic@edthedogband and I have also been working on something very very cool over the last few months!!! (But it’s currently under top secret literally Area 51 wraps for the next few weeks or so)

I’ve really enjoyed working on a mix & video for @katiebsnooks over the last few days! It’s a blues original that we recorded entirely live and is lovely song and a really stellar performance! 😁
Had a busy weekend! Spent yesterday pretending to be a photographer for @vesu_music and spent today with @nicklawrencemusic putting some finishing touches to an EP 😁
I recently wrapped up mixing & mastering a Christmas EP for @northlandmusic and it’s sounding lovely! Grady did a brilliant job with the writing & production – so go give it some love! ❤️
So I broke my hand a few weeks back and got a mega cold last week that's still left me fairly bunged up (like waiting for a bus eh!) – it's been super weird not really being able to play guitar (or do much of anything else particularly well), but the Bone People told me to start trying to move it more about now so here's Don't Think Twice!
What a lovely bit of feedback from @thetaillightsmusic on the first pass of mixes for an EP I've produced! I'll have to watch the size of my head though!
After a few days recording the core of the songs (with expert help on bass, BVs, and cello from @henrydenny5 ), Neil was generous enough to give me quite free rein on the rest of the production and I'm really, really happy with how it's shaping up – lots of very fun sounds and textures to accentuate really lovely songs! 😁
