The University of Washington’s TRANS-CEND Study is recruiting transgender and gender expansive individuals to participate in a 1-hour Zoom focus group this February. These conversations will help shape a more affirming and inclusive advance care planning (ACP) workshop designed specifically around the needs, values, and experiences of trans and gender expansive communities. Topics include: • End-of-life care wishes and planning • Questions around directives and health decisions • What matters most to you in your care • Feedback on an educational ACP workshop No prior experience or knowledge needed.
