Next up is talking about trimming the windows and doors, where John meets his two friends “Jack Miter” and “Kreg Jig”! All the millwork is custom made using poplar and it’s the jack miter and the Kreg jig along with the beaded casing that make everything look and fit just right. With @periodarchitecture

Check out these doors! Custom made and more than two inches thick, this is a good example of the advantages to setting things up in advance. All the hardware choices were made ahead of time, so the doors were able to be pre-mortised with the lock assemblies, and were finished and ready to go.
