Life this year threw a few curveballs and it forced me to get clear on what I actually want.
I don’t just want to run. I want to build something.
Since September I’ve been coaching my friend Chris and yesterday he ran 17:48 for 5K (his first sub 18).
That didn’t happen by luck. It came from building a plan around his life, balancing a career in London and being a dad, and still showing up consistently.
That’s the standard I want to build this on.
I’ll still be working in the clothing industry, but I’m starting to build this coaching journey properly while working towards my qualifications over the coming months.
I’m opening up **2 coaching slots this summer**.

The month I decided to stop playing it safe…
Tried to go out for a sub 75 half at the @warsaw_marathon after always running a bit too “controlled” in half marathons.
Hit 10 miles in 74:30 pace, grabbed a 1 min 10 mile PB… and then the wheels fully fell off 😂
First DNF in a long time—not proud, but honestly I’d never have found my current limit without going for it.
Feeling in a really good place with my running right now 💪 and now I’m dropping back to the 5k & 1500 this season… track szn loading and I’m SO excited for it!
Road, we’re not done… just getting started 😈

Today I say goodbye to a brand I truly put my heart into building.
Most people will never know the full story, but I’m proud knowing I helped grow a startup from my nan’s home, after helping care for her with my dad, to a rental space, and then into a house in Witham.
It’s been an incredible journey, being at the forefront of ideas, innovations, fabric development and creating the first collections. I also brought the brand’s circularity initiatives to life, introducing sustainability thinking into the product side of the business and helping those ideas spread across the wider brand.
Along the way I travelled to Munich (7 times), Milan, Brussels, Turkey, Dubai and Cyprus, and even styled Harry Kane for the first collection I developed.
I’ll always be proud of the impact I made and the experiences along the way.
Sport has always kept me grounded, and this weekend Bilbao marks the start of the next chapter.
Onwards.
