I did a little Indoors ❤️🔥
Being back on the indoor start line feels like a milestone. It was fun to remind myself what it feels like to race fearlessly, trust my body again and actually feel excited to put spikes on (& ofc this new race kit!).
This time last year I wasn’t even able to run. So to be here now, feeling the healthiest I have in years and still building, feels pretty healing.
Excited to enter another consistent block ahead of the outdoor season ✨️
