GAXA Projects proudly delivered a premium restaurant fitout within one of Sydneyâs most high-profile dining precincts. â

It's unique location in a former bond warehouse in a hidden cobblestone laneway was integrated into the design of the venue. It's interiors feature an open-plan kitchen, heritage brick walls, recycled timber flooring and custom goat skin pendant lights. â
â
The GAXA team managed the entire project, from design through to completion, and now we're already hard at work managing their new development site in Barangaroo! â

GAXA Projects is proud to have been appointed as the project management firm for the high-impact commercial redevelopment site on Caxton Street, which will become The Milton. â

The project will soon deliver a pub, kitchen, and speakeasy-style whiskey bar designed for game-day energy. â
â
GAXA has been hard at work managing staged approvals, complex multi-trade coordination, and precision delivery in a live, high-traffic precinct.â

A transformation weâre proud to bring to life at Italian Street Kitchen, West End, a 228-seater new build designed to feel like stepping into an Italian courtyard tucked within Brisbaneâs historic streets.
Think wood-fired pizzas, handmade pasta, flowing drinks at the bar, and interiors layered with warm timber beams, stone, leather, and natural textures that make the space feel both timeless and alive.
Built in just 10 weeks in collaboration with @cooop.co and @lowrygroup .
