Celebrating an incredible 5 years of Lowry Group 🎂
Back in 2021, we began as a team of 1, and now have an incredible team of 13. Lowry Group has expanded significantly over the last 5 years, starting from a 50sqm garage on Kent Street, to now having a 250sqm office in Teneriffe and a 400sqm warehouse in Albion.
Our first project in Brisbane on Arthur Street saw us complete our first office fitout as Lowry Group. Fast-forward to 2025, we completed The Ballpark; Kotara's very first American themed batting cage and sports bar. And in 2026? We're delivering our largest hospitality project to date, ALFI, and going global with an exciting new project (stay tuned 👀). We've completed over 150 projects across the last 5 years, including Marlowe, Central, Brisbane Radiology, and Pawn & Co, just to name a few!

Instead of having 1-2 site managers who are trying to juggle multiple sites across the state, each of our team is highly experienced as Site Manager's, so that they're always on hand to oversee projects and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Our clients get a dedicated site manager who is hands-on throughout the entire project, meaning projects run on-time, to budget and we deliver an exceptional result.

New Project Award 🚨
Charmjuree is coming to Racecourse Road, Hamilton, from the owners of the well reknown northside favourite - Thai Naramit in Hendra, with Lowry Group at the helm of the fitout.
The fitout will include a large open indoor dining space, complemented by curved banquette seating, a new bar and a welcoming undercover outdoor dining space. Complete with timber and brick detailing, and added greenery for colour, the space combines the best of what Queensland has to offer, with an authentic Thai feel.
Brisbane's best sandwiches just got Brisbane's best re-fit, completed by Lowry Group ☀️
Lowry Group worked with designers @cluidesign to create a functional space for Sunny Side Sandwiches, creating a venue with Sunny Side's bright yellow colour palette, completed with stainless steel and timber accents.
Following the success of the Windsor re-fit, Lowry Group are currently working with Sunny Side on their East Brisbane location. Watch this space.
New Project Award 🚨
Lowry Group are proud to be delivering the fitout for Dutton Park Family Dental.
The premium space will feature a calming, neutral colour palette, with integrated greenery designed to enhance patient comfort and create a welcoming experience. The functional layout includes a dedicated waiting room and children's play corner, as well as private treatment rooms and a spacious reception area.

Features of our recent fitout at Air Charter Services 🛫
Lowry Group created an upscale, industrial fitout, with integrated greenery throughout to soften the space. Refined finishes make the office feel modern, including an exposed ceiling, warm timber flooring and soft neutral joinery.
The fitout is zoned for flexibility, with open-plan workstations, enclosed meeting spaces with glass windows for flow, and breakout social areas.

Introducing Sunny Side Sandwiches, Windsor 🥪
Lowry Group worked alongside designers @cluidesign to create the updated look for Sunny Side Sandwiches.
The new venue features a vibrant yellow palette complemented by timber and custom stainless steel elements throughout. The new look store now even has a retail section for the fans to purchase the Sunny Side merch!
