Brand refresh & expansion for the new classic pantry staple and dear friends @mamateavs
A product like theirs seems simple at first glance but it’s crazy how deep a conversation can go when it comes to product positioning and naming conventions. Is it a chili crisp? A garlic crunch? Is Hot Garlic the category we are owning? Are we purely Cambodian? Or are we repping everyone in SEA? Will changing OG heat to *Spicy* and Mild to *Original* confuse their current fans?
Let’s just say we had to do a long hard loop around the sun just to take a few steps forwards for a better and clearer future.
