As new designers come into focus, each finding their footing in their own creativity, Gail Natividad carves structure out of darkness. A sculpted silhouette holds its form beneath the cave’s hollowed curves. The look doesn’t reach outward; it settles—contained—as if shaped by the very walls around it.
Here, the landscape presses in, and the body answers with resolve. What emerges is not escape, but formation. Something built in stillness before it ever touches the open.

A collection that explores the tension between practicality and passion. Inspired by the designer’s own experience, it redefines what it means to dream boldly in a world that values conformity. “Wala pera dyan sa pangarap mo, maging praktikal ka na lang muna”, as said by voices that echo doubt and dismissal. This collection gives worth to dreams and choices once labeled as “walang patutunguhan”.
All the uncertainty becomes fuel to push harder; to prove that what once seemed impractical can become real, powerful, and worth holding on to. “Di Yan Praktikal” is a reminder that passion should never be silenced by practicality—and that what others deem worthless can be transformed into something special.
