Happy Sunday friends!! This pork roast is perfect way to start the week! I used one of my favorite hot sauces and a couple of seasonings for a sweet and spicy flavor. I used a pork gravy packet for the liquid and added a few whole cloves of garlic and a sliced jalapeño for extra flavor. I topped it with a spiced brown sugar glaze leftover from the holidays to finish it off. I braised it at 200°F for 8ish hours, then served it with mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed veggies, and a salad. Mmmm, delicious! #sundaydinner #dinnerinspo #dinnerideas #cookwithme #familydinner

First Taco Tuesday of the year… and plot twist, it’s taco salad. Starting 2026 by throwing a little more green into the feed — with some purple and orange riding shotgun thanks to the Fresh Express American Crunchy Blends kit. RHN Wagyu ground beef hit with my go‑to Old El Paso seasoning, a handful of crushed Masa tortilla chips for that crunch, and a snowfall of freshly shredded cheddar. Finished with a bold hit of FYR RED hot sauce to wake everything up. New year, same flavor obsession — just dressed in a little more color. #GeneralMillsAmbassador

Tri-Tip. Will it Pastrami? I tested it with my pastrami kit, and it's a resounding yes! Wet brine for 5-7 days. Then, dry brine for 1 day. Grill over Cowboy Charcoal, flipping every 5-7 minutes and basting with a mix of garlic, oil and vinegar. Cook to 130-135F for medium rare. Then, slice and dig in! #pastrami #tritip #cookinwithcowboy
