I Cooked Every Country’s Wagyu The big question… is there such thing as too much marbling? Today we find out… The last steak is also one of the most interesting I’ve ever cooked, a Belgian Blue x Wagyu crossbreed. Belgian blues are those extremely muscular cows with a genetic mutation that removes the normal limits of muscle growth. It’s super cool, but does it taste good?
