Yesterday, the Future Lady Tradies (FLT) team officially launched their exclusive Build It Like a Tradie event!👷🏼‍♀️👷🏼 Build It Like a Tradie was designed to engage students in a fun, hands-on way while introducing them to the blue-collar industry. The activity is simple to assemble, but it challenges participants to work as a team, think critically, and communicate effectively. The FLT team believes this initiative will be a powerful way to spark student interest in the trades, offering a simplified and interactive look at the construction industry. This initiative is adaptable and the flt team will be exploring all industry’s within the blue collar sector!
