When my husband got me the #wearethestormquilt pattern for Christmas, I knew I wanted a new EPP case for it. I started pulling fabrics at QuiltCon without a fully formed plan, but knew I would need to prep on the go with this pattern more than I do with my other EPP quilt project.
I came across the case @igelgesicht made using the pattern by @vonlangehand and loved the extra storage it provided.
I already have a Rosa case by @cloverandviolet I made for my other EPP project and used that for the base, combined with the pattern from Franziska. Hacked both a bit more to fit my needs, including adjusted width and height, needle and clip storage and extending the zipper width.

One block from each set, final count landed at 21 sets. My kids have found a lot of joy in these prints and that was the goal ✔️
Favorite recent finish in various stages, three years in the making. Thrifted backing was a perfect fit.
And, it is wild how much lighting changes how this quilt looks.

Appreciated this BOM by @shannonfraserdesigns and there’s a fair amount of @suzyquilts Pure Solids in here. The Nova is much more gorgeous than I can get it to look in photos!
