On July 4th, I had the privilege of DJing a party that's become one of the highlights of my summer each year.
Life is full of uncertainty, which makes it all the more important to seize the moment we have to celebrate and create oases of joy. This 5-hour mix is an excerpt from my full set, which ran outdoors from dusk until the wee hours of the morning. It was the soundtrack to a night that served as a testament to the moments which imbue our lives with meaning: the gaiety of community, the wonder and beauty of the world around us. Ranging from cheerful and whimsical to quirky and campy, it's the perfect vibe for pepping up your day, getting ready for the night, or just sitting by the fire and marveling at our magical universe.
Thank you to everyone who made this night what it was, dancing under the stars and creating memories to treasure for years to come. I find myself at a rare loss for words to express it all, so I'll just leave it with: everything I have to say is in the music itself, so tune in, and you too may feel some of the love and gratitude I felt that night. ❤️❤️
P.S. The recording equipment cut out a few times because the music was pumping so hard we kept (literally) blowing the fuses, so this is just an excerpt - it seems like the universe intended the rest to exist for that moment only. iykyk :)

Last night Sir @chimeracoder and I had the pleasure of attending @cirkusmoxie ’s show, “Foldable Objects,” at @bk_arthaus to see @the_homogenius perform an amazing and intensive piece. I told him I’d share my clips of him so here they are. they have a final show on Sunday at 7:30pm, and I really recommend checking it out.
Last Tuesday, we postponed the Disco Dungeon Pride stream, because with the polls closing at 9 we had a feeling the night was going to be an unforgettable one. And it was!
So tonight we have TWO things to celebrate: Pride, and Zohran Mamdani's historic victory! Tune in tonight from 9-11pm for fabulous house music to celebrate to! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

P. S. Zohran showed up not only to the corporate Pride parade but to the Queer Liberation March (@queermarch ), which is an actual protest march fighting for full liberation of all queer people everywhere. I can't think of any other mayoral candidate who's ever done that, or who would be so welcome there.

Just a little under four months to go until we’re back in the woods. i can’t wait to see old friends and make new ones this August at #honchocampout. It’s easily become my most anticipated event each year and remains a source of much needed queer community and healing.
Sir @chimeracoder and i are off to ski country with friends. Of course He’s already made Himself cozy on our flight. i’m excited to spend time with both Him and @toci_no_shebetterdont when they arrive on Tuesday. It’ll be nice to relax for a couple weeks and to really enjoy some snow.
