This is what neck training is supposed to look like. Notice how @eric_c_eby_ not isolating his neck like it’s some detached piece hanging off his shoulders. He’s organizing his cranium over his spine. He’s coordinating the neck with the posterior chain. Arms are integrated. Glutes are engaged. Hamstrings and calves are contributing. The entire body is participating. That’s how a system works. Your head doesn’t float in space. It sits on a spine that’s driven by the pelvis. The pelvis is influenced by the feet. The arms counter-rotate the torso. Everything is connected through fascial lines that distribute force and fluid through the body. When you “train the neck” in isolation, you miss the point. The neck is a bridge between the brain and the body. If the thorax is collapsed, if the pelvis is dumped forward, if the feet can’t anchor into the ground, the neck will compensate. Train the system, and the neck organizes itself. This is why in @functionalpatterns we don’t just crank on one segment. We build tension through the whole structure. We align the cranium with the spine. We integrate rotation. We restore reciprocal motion. The neck becomes strong because the body beneath it is strong and coordinated. If you’re going to train your body, train it like a body. Not like a collection of parts. Train the system. #functionalpatterns #functioneck #fpisthestandard #necktraining #spinehealth

This tool is amazing for building full body strength. Check out how the team down at @move_asahuman uses it. Your neck is tied into how the entire body moves. The Functioneck provides head-to-toe connection that we need as humans. Here, @victor_kravutske & @rickgotemhatin shows movements that fires up the entire body. While @_joseph_stafford takes his clients through controlled movements, properly training the neck & posterior chain. @korahn.gayle using the @functioneck to integrate the superficial front line of the body from head to toe! Followed by some sprints đŸƒđŸŸâ€â™‚ïž “First time using this tool with a posterior line of pull. I can feel the soreness in my neck and mouth already, feels good đŸ”„â€ #functionalpatterns #functioneck #necktraining #spinehealth #posturecorrection

The Function Neck changes the game because it does not just train your neck. It teaches you how to organize your whole body around the weight. Instead of yanking your head around, you learn how to use your spine, ribs, pelvis, and legs together to support the load. When you do it right, you can feel the connection from your head traveling down through your spine and into the ground. Your posture starts to clean up because you are no longer hanging on your ligaments and joints. You are learning how to leverage your structure so muscles share the work. This is where real postural improvement happens. Not from just “sitting up straight,” but from building the strength and coordination to hold better positions while force is going through your body. @thefunctioneck helps you do exactly that by tying your head control into total body mechanics. Better head and neck control leads to better spinal organization. Better spinal organization means better force transfer. And that means stronger movement with less wear and tear on your joints. Train the neck as part of the system, not separate from it like @michael_tsai1 and your posture and overall strength start to rise together. #functionalpatterns #functioneck #fpisthestandard #necktraining #spinehealth

Most people train the neck the same way they train everything else: in isolation, on autopilot. Ironically, they’re trying to strengthen the head, but they do it mindlessly cutting the neck off from the rest of the body. When you do that, you’re just loading tissues locally and hoping it carries over. What you’re seeing here with @danny.hung_ is different. The Function Neck isn’t just moving the head, it’s organizing the entire body around that load. The feet, hips, rib cage, and spine are all contributing to how the weight moves. That’s what turns this from “neck work” into total-body training. The neck doesn’t exist on its own, and when you train it like it’s part of the system, everything works better. #functionalpatterns #fptaiwan #projectfunction #fpisthestandard #necktraining

Every tool we create @fpinnovations is built with you in mind. When people use our tools, whether for themselves or with their clients, the goal is the same: real change, not temporary relief. When know that time is money and that’s why our tools are built around leverage. Leverage creates strength without wasted effort and produces global tension throughout the body. When you train this way, you’re not isolating parts, you’re loading the body as a unit. That’s why 15 minutes can feel like an hour. The tension is high, but it’s purposeful. It’s functional tension, the kind that transfers to how you actually move, not just how you look while training. We know choosing to take care of yourself isn’t always easy. Learning how to put yourself first, to actually respect your body and your health, takes effort. But once you do, it becomes one of the most valuable things you can give yourself. Our role is simple. We’re here to support you in that process and help make that path clearer and more effective. Shout out to @hafeez_hassan__ for putting @theleverageking @rg.bell @functioneck @rg_bar_ to work! #functionalpatterns #projectfunction #functionaltraining #totalbodyworkout

The mistake everyone makes with neck training is thinking the neck exists on its own. Like you can just isolate it, load it, and call it a day. Your neck isn’t a standalone piece. It’s part of the spine. And the spine doesn’t work without the hips, the legs, the arms, the core. Everything is connected. When you use the @functioneck you’re not just “training the neck.” You’re training how the neck integrates with the rest of the system: spine, pelvis, limbs, and trunk the way the body actually works. That’s how it was designed. Not in pieces. As one system. @_danny.vega over at @projectfunction.vegas shows his client how to actually train his neck. #functionalpatterns #functioneck #necktraining #spinehealth #cervicalspine

@derekdiesel_ talks about his past scapular injuries and how they affected his neck. By using the @functioneck he’s been able to build a much better connection between his thoracic and cervical spine. If you’re dealing with neck issues, starting with something like @10weekonlineprogram helps you rebuild the foundation first. You strengthen how the ribs and hips work together, instead of chasing symptoms at the neck. Once those areas are stabilized, like Derek did, it creates the conditions for a spine that’s more secure, supported, and resilient from the ground up. #functionalpatterns #fpisthestandard #functioneck #posture #spinehealth

It’s hard to put into words how much functional tension this tool creates, but you can see it on @_shannonhegarty face here. It’s one of those things you have to feel in person to really understand how effective it is. #functionalpatterns #functioneck #fpisthestandard #necktraining #spinehealth

Training your neck and posterior chain shouldn’t feel sketchy, it should feel connected. The @functioneck delivers exactly that. @derekdiesel_ demonstrates how this tool ties the head and neck into full-body mechanics instead of isolating them. #functionalpatterns #fpisthestandard #functioneck #spinehealth #necktraining
