Danny!
Cathy, 81 years old, suffered a lumbar compression fracture in 2017 after falling down the stairs, which led to a rapid decline in her mobility. In 2022, another fall caused a left hip fracture, resulting in hip replacement surgery. After a month in the hospital, she became reliant on a wheelchair for mobility.
On June 7, 2023, Cathy began a training program. By October 7, 2024, after 16 months of consistent training, she has made significant progress:
When she first started, Cathy felt weak overall and dealt with constant pain in her lower back, knees, and hips. Sitting for long periods was uncomfortable, and standing for more than 20 seconds caused her whole body to tremble, making it difficult to rest or stay standing.
Now, after a year and four months of training, Cathy reports a major reduction in pain and discomfort. She can sit, stand, and walk for longer periods. Her most impressive improvement is walking for up to 17 minutes with her wheelchair for support.
She shared, “My pain levels have dropped from a 10 to a 3.”
Key improvements:
1. Her posture is much more upright.
2. Standing up from her wheelchair is easier, and she can stand for longer periods.
3. Her walking speed has increased, and she can walk longer distances.
Cathy has also noticed her legs and knees are stronger, and she experiences far less discomfort. With less pain, she has more energy and sleeps better. She estimates a 50% reduction in the time and intensity of her discomfort, and she can even occasionally go out without needing her wheelchair. Cathy expressed her gratitude, saying, “Thank you so much, Danny!”

Eight years in business, and we keep moving forward.
Any great achievement is built step by step, one brick at a time.
Even though we have the best system, Functional Patterns, created by Naudi Aguilar, every person on the team still needs to keep moving forward — improving their skills, refining their behavior, and holding themselves accountable. Even the most boring or smallest tasks are still small steps toward growth. Only by consistently doing the little things right do we earn the chance to succeed.
Grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey.
We’ll continue to build, improve, and move forward together.
3 days of intensive training and fixing at @fp.taiwan
Honestly impressed by the gym layout—already planning my return.
Now, back to my drawing board in mainland China 🇨🇳 . Still more dysfunctions to fix. 🧩
Special shoutout and thanks to @danny.hung_ for his patience, sniper precision while working on me.

In the Human Foundation course, one of the first key focuses is how to establish a “neutral” standing posture.
There is no absolutely perfect neutral posture, but there is a relatively better one.
What principles should we use to determine what is good or not?
Among the countless variations of standing posture, what standards should we follow to make corrections?
