EXCITING NEWS! FUGGLES IS EXPANDING! In a hopefully very exciting development for the people of Tunbridge Wells, Fuggles is expanding. Their neighbours at Clearwell Mobility next door are moving round the corner to Goods Station Road and which means Fuggles can expand into next door… So more space for get togethers, meet ups and the best beer in town (alongside fab wine, cocktails and food too!) Here’s what Fuggles Founder, Alex has to say: “It’s been on the cards for a while and I can’t wait to get going. We’d been looking for a 3rd site for a while but then this came up so we jumped at it. We’ll be able to offer more space for everyone, so more seats and a more comfortable place to hang out. Our extended width at the front will help to create a brighter, airier space for us all to enjoy. Alongside this it’ll give us a chance to upgrade our cellar, meaning ours beers will be in even better condition - whilst allowing us to offer more alongside it as we grow our excellent wine list and cocktails. We’ll also be putting in a bigger kitchen to give us more options and flexiblity on food (we’re already thinking of new ideas and concepts and we’re hoping to bring in some popups too). New toilets as well, which will be a much needed upgrade on the existing setup! The new space will also be great for celebrations, work do’s or any sort of get togethers you can think of. Plus, we’re hoping to add a Shuffleboard too to further add to the fun of a night out at Fuggs! Just a short train ride from our Bermondsey home, you’ll find the two Fuggles Beer Cafés in Tunbridge Wells - well worth the trip out of town. We stopped in for pints of London Black (tasting as good as ever), and the food absolutely delivered. The London Black cheese toasties, on sourdough, made for the perfect lunch to soak up our beers.

Join us for this years Zwanze Day from Brasserie Cantillon - one of the most anticipated beer events of the year. Pouring from 8pm on Saturday 25th April with tickets available throughout the weekend This years Zwanze day is extra special as they’ve brewed two different beers. They worked with three young men who began producing vermouth in the traditional way four years ago under the name Vermouth Sullivan. Paul, Florian, and Vincent created a different elixir for each of the two Zwanze Cantillon beers. Artémis La Blanche is a blend of an elixir made from gentian, coriander, rhubarb root, juniper, sage, angelica, wormwood, and many other herbs blended with Lambic. Artémis La Rouge is a blend of an elixir made from verbena, marjoram, rose, apple, curry plant, wormwood, and many other herbs, blended with Kriek. Both beers have an alcohol content of 7%. Zwanze Day beers will be pouring from 8pm on the 25th (in line with the breweries request and the rest of the world!) and we’ll be pouring a huge range of Cantillon Beers in the lead up to us tapping the kegs and throughout the weekend. Also pouring on tap will be: Gueuze, Magic Lambic and Fou Foune. Available in bottles: Gueuze, Kriek, Rose de Gambrinus, Brouscella, Nath, Sang Bleu, Saint Gilloise, Vignerrone, Lamvinus, Piacere, Sophia, Gueuze 2016, Drogone and Scarabee (all 750ml bottles, drink in or takeaway!) We have 2 ticket types available across the weekend which will guarantee you a pour, please select the package and which day you’re planning on coming.
