Vi har invitert ett bredt spekter av Norges mest spennende DJs og live-acts til bakgården på Dattera 6. juni. Det blir ambient, electronica, house, techno. UK Garage, broken beats, disco og jazzy grooves. Noe for alle. Veldig dansbart.
Musikkfest på Dattera er en institusjon. I 20 år har vi lagd den beste festen noen bakgård kan by på den første lørdagen i Juni. Vi lover bra musikk, nok plass til dans og masse herlige folk. Kom feire med oss.

From Beyond EP19 - Decode Recode // Since 2019 I’ve released an EP every year on @neinrecordsuk and 2026 is no exception. Decode Recode is out now and available everywhere. Seedy-mutant-body-music throughout, I’m pleased these tunes found a home at Nein, one of the premiere purveyors of “that sort of thing”. The MS20 and Pro12 once again appear extensively, the latter being the only synth on “Want You To” which is basically just drums and a baseline which simply WILL NOT resolve.
The response to the Centres of Experience EP so far has been amazing. It’s now out EVERYWHERE including Bandcamp and streaming etc. Massive love to @citizens_of_vice for taking the chance and releasing these tunes and to @musicforswimmingpools for getting them to the ears of so many DJs and artists that I genuinely love and respect, have been able to work with previously and even some from my adopted home of Oslo. A lovely review from @junodownload and was an amazing surprise last week to get a spin on the @colleencosmomurphy ‘s Balearic Breakfast show.

It’s been a month since Star Village came out on @sprechenmusic (link in bio) and the response has been great. Much of the synth sounds are a result of these:
1. The exact parts from Horsehead Nebula on the Roland S1. A wonderful little synth.
2. The trusty MS20 mini, sequenced with note CV controlling filter cutoff. Rarely is that connection unpatched.
3. Creamware Pro12 + Novation Launchkey mk3 with the generative arpeggiator for endless lead lines.

The Star Villa EP is out now everywhere via @sprechenmusic !! Link is in the bio. These tunes represent something of a sharpening of a particular sound I’ve been going for. I’m really pleased with them and glad they’ve found a home on @chrismasseycreates label. Some have been marinating on my hard drive for several years. Some were bashed out in a few days. When I was starting out in London an experienced producer said to me “making the music, ANY music, that’s actually the easy part. Beauty of a way to start the years release schedule!
Those that know me know that it’s been a big couple of years personally. The tunes kept coming, though. I retained my near clean sheet of an EP on @neinrecordsuk every year plus I got to work on remixes for some amazing producers. Also remixed good pal @boblebad1 for @labcleaningjams . Cocktail Sports released on @full.pupp again plus we debuted our live set complete with psychedelic trombone. @discothequecredits honoured me and @edgarblancodj by committing a Machine Disco edit to wax. Lastly my remix of @keeke_dj on @boite_music_records crept out just now at the very end of year. Looking forward to next year with releases already scheduled with exciting new labels starting with my debut EP on the amazing @sprechenmusic out this month. See you all in the next rotation 🪐
Saturday is the day! Myself, @sommerfeldtmusic and @boblebad1 set sail on the maiden voyage of the Cocktail Sports live set at @datteratilhagen .
