This mix leans a bit darker than what I usually play in clubs. I’ve woven in tracks I played a lot between 2016 and 2020, like “Fokus” by @schwefelgelb_official , “Behave” by @krisbaha , “4 Floors of Whores” from @tzusing_ , @cursesforever remix of « Fantasy Land » by @randy_and_mort and “Robotaet” by @lockedclubsuka . Alongside those are more recent EBM cuts such as “Last Song Before Sunrise” by @blacklightsmoke , “Body Mouvement” by @belaria___ and “FOMO” by @dinasummermusic remixed by @djhellofficial , plus some sharp-edged electro from Electronic Corporation, L.F.T., and @danielmarkavery with his standout classic “Reception.” The mix closes with “City Lights” by @yearsofdenial . 🔥On est (très) excités d’accueillir Fred Terror pour les 1 an de FHOMO ! 🖤 Derrière @fredterror_ se cache ILLNURSE, figure bien connue de la scène techno parisienne. Pendant des années, il a fait vivre clubs et collectifs DIY avec une techno brute, sans artifices. Ce nouveau projet révèle une autre facette de sa personnalité. Plus libre, plus mélodique aussi, il puise dans l’EBM, la cold wave, l’italo ou encore l’electroclash. De ce mélange naît une musique plus contrastée, entre tension et émotion. 💥Après un premier EP très cinématique sorti sur Intervision, il s’oriente ensuite vers des sonorités 100 % dancefloor. Il est alors repéré par Cormac, DJ et figure emblématique de la scène queer, qui le signe sur son label Polari pour un EP dont la sortie est prévue très prochainement. Fred Terror n’est pas un virage calculé, mais un besoin de casser les cases, d’explorer d’autres textures tout en restant fidèle à une certaine idée de la nuit, qu’il résume ainsi : 50 % disco, 50 % ténèbres. 🎟️ tickets: shotgun et lien en bio. —————— 🔥 Behind Fred Terror is ILLNURSE, a well-known figure on the Paris techno scene. For years, he has been shaping clubs and DIY collectives with a raw, no-frills approach to techno. 🖤 This new project reveals another side of his identity. Freer and more melodic, it draws from EBM, cold wave, italo and electroclash. The result is a more contrasted sound, balancing tension and emotion. 💥 Following a first highly cinematic EP on Intervision, he then moves towards more dancefloor-driven territories. He caught the attention of Cormac, DJ and key figure of the queer scene, who signed him to his label Polari for an upcoming EP. Since then, his sets have blended influences ranging from EBM—for which he is also known under the alias ILLNURSE—to electro-clash, Italo Disco, and house. He has released tracks on labels like Toulouse Gouffre Club, alongside key figures of the scene such as Arabian Panther, Kendal, and Pablo Bozzi, as well as on Intervision, the label he shares with his lifelong crew.
