You get the best of both worlds with this Chori-Queso Burger, everything you need to make it with

Chori-Queso Burger:
2 lbs ground beef, divided into 4-6 burger patties
12 oz V&V SupremoĀ® Chicken or Pork Chorizo
2 cups V&V SupremoĀ® ChihuahuaĀ® Brand Cheese
4-6 burger buns
Mayo, for the buns
V&V SupremoĀ® Crema SupremoĀ®, for the buns
1 cup refried beans, warmed up for serving
Lettuce, for serving
Tomatoes, for serving
Avocado, for serving
Pickled Jalapenos, for serving
Instructions:
In a large saute pan set to medium heat, add in the V&V SupremoĀ® Chorizo, break down into smaller pieces and cook stirring frequently for 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
Using a large cast iron pan, heat to medium high.
While heating up, season both sides of your burger patties with salt and pepper.
Once hot, add in the burger patties, cooking in batches if needed, cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side, flip the burgers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
After cooking the second side for 3 minutes, top with a generous amount of the ChihuahuaĀ® Brand Cheese and a spoonful or two of the cooked chorizo, cover your pan with a lid, reduce the heat to medium low and cook until the cheese has melted.
To serve, toast up your burger buns, then slather one half with mayo and the other side with V&V SupremoĀ® Crema SupremoĀ®.
On the bottom bun, slather some refried beans, top them with lettuce, tomatoes, the cheesy chorizo burger patty, pickled jalapenos, sliced avocado, top off the burger with the other bun and enjoy!
