Team 1114 - Simbotics are Ontario Provincial Champions!
After two days of facing off with some of Ontario’s best teams in the Science Division, Simbotics ranked first overall in the division with a record of 11 wins and 1 loss. We were extremely proud to select @frc2056 and @umojarobotics to form alliance #1. Undefeated in the playoffs, we went on to represent our division in the Grand Finals. We played two close matches against an incredible alliance from the Technology Division, becoming Provincial Champions for the third time since the event’s inauguration in 2017.
We also received the Quality Award in the Science Division, recognizing the robustness of our robot!
We’d like to congratulate the Finalists from Science, 4678, 1325, and 772, and the Provincial Finalists, 7558, 9785, and 8349 who are all fantastic competitors, as well as the Impact Award Winners, 772 and 6865!

This weekend at the Provincial Championship we were thrilled to compete alongside three other WCP teams, 3683, 4476, and 2056, whom we ultimately won with!

Last weekend Simbotics competed at the Niagara College District Event and took home gold for the second time this season!
With a record of 11-1 in qualifications we ranked 1st and captained alliance 1. We were proud to partner up with our friends @frc2056 again and @frc_919 for the first time! Going undefeated in the playoffs we won the event and also took home the Gracious Professionalism Award.

A couple weekends ago, Simbotics competed at the McMaster University District Event and took home gold! Thanks to our alliance captain, team 2056 and our partner, team 9062. We were also thrilled to win the Autonomous Award!
This weekend, April 11-12, we take on the Niagara College District Event in Welland. We can’t wait to see everyone there!
