🫶Run 1.5-mile loops with us, picnic, hang out, take part in this epic raffle
🏃🏿The loop is MARCUS picked and very chill
🍿Potluck-style, bring something to share. We’ll have water and donuts and coffee and some other snacks
🎟️You can also take part in the raffle if you’re not able to join us in person. Donated prizes are in our IG Stories. Tix are five each. It all goes to support Trail Folx programming and the scholarship program we are building.

What a day! I had to be a little sneaky getting everything set up for this scavenger hunt that ended in a proposal. I couldn't have done it without the help of Kate, Wendy, Janelle, Michelle, and my mom! And we can't forget Batman and Cashew for being the little rascals they always are.

Congrats to @frayedknizzle on doing his thing at @khraces Leona Divide 100k and crossing the finish line to get his qualifying time on a really challenging course!
To see this knucklehead grow as a runner over the past few years has been an absolute pleasure. I see his path. I know where he’s going. It takes time and dedication and sitting in discomfort to get there. But I see it and it excites the hell out of me for my fren.
It was an epic day out there from the crew & pacer side, from lugging his food and gear essentials up 1.7 miles/500 ft to an aid station JUST in time to goofing off with @sidneytowers at another AS (disclaimer for KHR: Sid is all business with a smile, it was me goofin, she’s the best of the best out there 💯🤣) to pacing 17 miles using a flashlight 🔦 I had in the car bc I forgot my headlamp to bundling @iambrittanymorgan up with my car blankets as she waited for Marcus at the finish while I ran off into the night to find him using @runningtothebeer ’s headlamp because I was anxious. It made for the most perfect of days. And I can’t wait to do it again.

Leona Divide 100k! Not the day I wanted to have, but it was a day nonetheless. A few rookie mistakes and a few curveballs that were out of my control.
My goal was a 16-hour day, but I have a flair for the dramatic and brought it in 9 minutes under the Western States cutoff at 16:51.
Now I need to soak my body and recover. Thank you to everyone who helped me. All the aid station volunteers were awesome.

Finally getting some decent milage in this lead up to Leona Divide 100k. Bulldog loop was an excellent choice today. With many of my home trails inaccessible, I'm having to get creative and mix in more road days than I'm used to.
Dry January has gone into March now, and I'm feeling crazy strong. Who'd thunk it. Let's keep this thing going.
