There was a time I was just trying to pass practical exams, figure out round brushing, and understand the basics of hair. I never could’ve imagined that years later I’d be receiving confirmations for Paris and Milan Fashion Week, creating sculptural editorial work, leading campaign shoots, and building the kind of portfolio I used to admire from a distance.
None of this happened overnight.
There were years of questioning myself, rebuilding, comparing my work, starting over, practicing constantly, hearing “no,” and learning how to trust my instincts as an artist.
And honestly? I’m still growing.
This is your reminder that your current work does not define your future potential. The version of you that’s still learning is not behind — they’re becoming.
Dream bigger.Even when your work isn’t where you want it to be yet.Even when nobody else sees the vision yet.Keep going anyway.
One day you’ll look back at the version of yourself who almost gave up… and thank them for continuing.
