Last year I started recording new songs with the ever-so-talented @lucas_morton , and those sessions turned into an EP. The first track, which is also the title track, is out now on all platforms.
We recorded several of these songs with @foxdenstrings . This one was beautifully arranged by @eleonoredenig and performed by the incredible string players @caraannfox@eleonoredenig@kristinfidd and @patrickmonnius - Engineered by Jared Fox, mixed marvelously by @iamthelatifah and mastered masterfully by @coalesceaudio (that’s a tongue twister).

1. What instrument do you play in FDS: Pro Tools. (So all of them).
2. Favorite artist you’ve worked with: Such a tough one, so many great ones…but probably Mr. @jonforeman
3. Favorite musical memory of 2023: The launch of FDS…from an idea and a conversation to working with so many great artist and producers. (Also all the incredible baked goods from Patrick @gwendolynsbakeshop )
4. Favorite producer: Again…so many favorites, but Eric Valentine is always in the top.
5. Favorite flavor of Starburst: I’d probably pass. If I had to pick one, obviously pink.
Annnnd we have a 3 year old! We had so much fun at the @eastnashbeer Noon Year’s Eve party! After nap it’s time for banana chocolate cake, per his request.

We have a 6 year old! The best day celebrating our sweet firstborn with everything Chiefs. We took him for a tour of Arrowhead and ended the day with yet another incredible cake by Grandma @vslaybaugh !
