ECHO Presents: "Dreamweaver" a composition by Bobby Chase, performed by La Vie Quartet (@la.vie.quartet ) at the Parthenon in Nashville, TN on Sept 30, 2019. This piece was composed with the unique reverb and acoustics of the Parthenon in mind. "Dreamweaver" explores the fine line between our conscious reality and our subconscious dream states. Thank you to @bchakoianjones and the Nashville Chamber Music Series for asking me to compose a piece for this epic program, to @justinwadetam for creating & running this incredible concert series with @conservancynash , and thank you so much to all my friends for the support and love always!!

Thank you to everyone who has listened to this body of work so far. And to our friends and family who encouraged us to put these songs out. Bobby and I have been making music together since high school, and we came together and started making music again in the thick of the pandemic, during a time of isolation, and disorienting changes. The textures are organic, un quantized, at times demo-like; we wanted to maintain the rawness and human experience in the music, and did our best not to overbake these (besides letting them marinate on our hard drives for 5 years).
