Most people think it’s just using AI tools. It’s not.
According to Dr. @yanivp01 , Co-founder @ Venture Scholar Studio, being AI-native is about how you design your business from the ground up.
Here’s the shift:
✅ It’s not just about building a product
✅ It’s about building something that creates and learns from data
✅ Something that plugs into AI systems and grows with them
In simple terms:
An AI-native startup is designed to feed into the AI ecosystem and get smarter over time.
That means thinking beyond the immediate use case and asking:
→ Does this product generate data?
→ Can it learn, improve, and scale through AI?
→ Does it connect into larger systems and networks?
Because in today’s landscape, if your product doesn’t create a data advantage, it becomes harder to scale efficiently.
