May 15 // We’re delighted to present an evening with two figures who have carved out their own space in the current landscape. Fadi Mohem (@fadi.mohem ) returns to our booth. As a resident of Berghain, with releases on Klockworks and his own imprint, his approach sits right at the centre of the floor. Philippa Pacho (@philippapacho ) makes her debut with us. Through Phorum Records and a steady run of sets across Europe, including Bassiani, Berghain and beyond, she brings a sound that sits naturally in this room. This Friday we mark a historic moment. Jeff Mills curates a special programme celebrating 30 years of his legendary Liquid Room Mix, a recording that continues to shape how techno is heard and experienced. The night begins with a film screening. Jeff Mills takes the first set. Measure Divide follows, before Jeff Mills returns to close the programme. The event is fully sold out. April 10 // SPFDJ & Daria Kolosova take control of the night. Two artists who have helped shape the sound of modern techno, each bringing their own intensity to the room. SPFDJ (@spfd.j ) returns with the high-pressure energy she’s known for. Alongside her, Daria Kolosova (@dar.key ), whose fast, tribal selections have become a fixture on dancefloors across the world. Feb 28 // ANNĒ (@anne__gr_ ) and Laure Croft (@laurecroft ) make their highly anticipated Toronto debut. ANNĒ, from Thessaloniki, has taken her sets to Berghain, Bassiani, Fuse and FOLD, touring across South America, Africa, Australia and Asia, with releases on Hardgroove, Soma and Mutual Rytm in steady rotation. Berlin-based by way of the Netherlands, Laure Croft has earned her place on Europe’s most respected dance floors. Founder of Sexyrecs. A regular at RSO, with appearances at Tresor and Stone Techno, known for her vinyl-only sets. Trailcam (@tra1lcam ), the new project from E-Saggila, has released music on Northern Electronics that’s already finding its way into club and live sets. ARK1TEK (@ark1tek ) rounds out the lineup, also stepping into our booth for the first time, but no stranger to the Toronto underground. Rene Wise (@renewise ) returns to our booth for his fourth time, carrying a body of work that has lived in rooms long enough to feel embedded, records released on Mote-Evolver and his own imprint Moving Pressure folded into memory over time, each appearance resuming a conversation that never fully stopped. Marcal (@marcal_____ ) arrives in Canada for the first time, his path beginning in Brazil and extending outward through releases on Spazio Disponibile, the imprint shaped by Donato Dozzy and Neel, and through Enemy Records, music that has crossed borders by way of nights, systems, and shared listening, arriving intact, with its history still audible. Measure Divide (@measuredivide ) returns to our booth following a period spent abroad, the past year moving between cities and floors, releases on Clergy and Mutual Rytm marking points along the way, the work continuing forward through accumulation. eRee (@eree_by_neophocaena ) steps into the room for the first time, a new voice entering the night. March 13 // The one we’ve all been waiting for, Jeff Mills. An evening shaped around one of techno’s defining moments. In 1995, Jeff Mills stepped into the Liquid Room in Tokyo and reshaped the future of the genre. An all-vinyl surge of speed, control and imagination, captured on a recording that has stayed central to the culture for nearly three decades. This March, he brings that moment into focus to Toronto in a warehouse with FORMAT and Apollo with a DJ set. Expect an exploration of the ideas and energy that defined the original night, carried forward in a new form. A special film screening will run inside the space before the performance. Dec 5th // UFO95 (@ufo95live ) finally returns to Toronto for a full live set — raw, improvised, and driven by machines. He’s joined by AADJA (@aadja ), one of Canada’s most powerful voices in modern techno, alongside Ciel (@ciel_dj ), known for deep, percussive precision, and Konduktor (@konduktor.to ) setting the tone early with touches of electro. Nov 8th // FORMAT X Vault Sessions (@vault_sessions ) Amsterdam’s institution of the underground arrives in Toronto for the first time, joining forces with us for a night that brings two communities into one room. From Buenos Aires, Zisko brings a sound that is sharp, urgent, and unflinching. With releases on Mutual Rytm, Neighbourhood and BCCO, his productions and performances drive forward with power while holding to craft and detail. Blasha & Allatt step forward from Manchester. Founders of the Meat Free parties and long-time Vault Sessions residents, they bring an energy that has become a signature of the European underground. Lobster, a core Vault Sessions resident, carries the essence of the Amsterdam floor. Known for shaping the flow of their nights with raw intensity, Lobster represents the beating heart of the VS sound. Toronto is represented by our very own Measure Divide. They are joined by Montreal’s Ostrich (@ostrich.dj ), a selector known for patience, depth, and control, and by founder Measure Divide (@measuredivide ), grounding the night in the energy that has carried this community for more than a decade.
