A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our @great_run Manchester finishers who have just about recovered from last weekends event! It was a hot day on Sunday but the crowds and support were incredible! Yesterday some of our Form team volunteered on the @spinningfieldsallotment 'Little 'Lot' on @Spinningfields . Even our CPO (Chief Pawsitivity Officer) Bruce got involved putting his digging skills to use! At Form we allow for not only mini volunteering sessions like the allotment visit but every employee benefits from 𝟭 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 to spend supporting a charity of their choice that supports the environment or social value. This week has given us a taste of Spring in our Form home city of Manchester 🌞 We are looking forward to meetings on the terrace, walking catch-ups and team lunches in the sun in @spinningfields Not to mention a long Bank Holiday 18-21 April! Our teams have worked incredibly hard through the first few months of the year and it's so important to remind everyone not to forget to enjoy the small moments and live your life outside work. 🎨 Having time away from desks and the busy work environment is key to allowing people time rest their brains and engage with other teams in a relaxed environment. Knowing that artistic activities can significantly uplift emotional wellbeing, boost creativity and improve concentration among many things, our InForm employee resource group wanted our business to get creative for our next event. So we did. @spacestudiomcr hosted our Form Spring Social yesterday afternoon and it was a huge hit. Everyone wants to go back again for the next one and share the experience with those who couldn’t make it this time. We had a lot of fun and laughs customising various pottery items and cannot wait to see the finish products in 10days time. Thank you to Zvi and the Space Studio, Ancoats team. The perfect venue and atmosphere 🎨

This years International Women’s Day theme is ‘Accelerate Action’ It is now more vital than ever that we urgently address the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres. How are we ‘Accelerating Action’ at Form? Our key strategies revolve around; Supporting women and girls into leadership, decision-making, business growth. 55% of our Form team are in leadership positions. Recruiting, retaining and developing diverse talent through our work with Regeneration Brainery. Implementing company policies that support and empower women in the workplace such as our ‘Menstruation and Menopause Policy’. How can you and your organisation positively impact women's advancement? Helping women and girls make informed decisions about their health. Providing women and girls with access to quality education and training. Elevating women and girl's participation and achievement in sport. Promoting creative and artistic talent of women and girls.
