Six years ago today @zoeschor & @michellever opened Dorothy - reclaiming it from a stripped bare & abandoned sports restaurant, transforming it into the 70s inspired, sexy subterranean bar it is today.
Of course we didn’t know COVID was looming one month later, so while she only had a few weeks of life after our first open, we will always think of Valentine’s Day as our first BIRTH day.
Come raise a glass to six years of Dorothy (even if she rested for two at the beginning there…) 🥂♥️
