2 years in the making:
As a kick-off to our Hong Kong/Berlin-based research and creative studio
@mechanism.works we were commissioned to develop a unique branding approach for real estate project TERRA in Hong Kong. Teaming up with longtime partners in crime
@workoutservices , we set out to include new elements - from bespoke/custom items with
@byborre and
@akindofguise all the way to developing a POS onboarding journey for future tenants.
The 18 story/45 unit development located in Hong Kong's Ho Man Tin district again stands out from today's spreadsheet architecture through its design approach. Based on the idea of dichotomy of light and dark, future and past, technology and craftsmanship the branding approach required an in- depth understanding of the building's architectural features, materials and its context. Together, we developed a holistic branding approach featuring a visual identity, advertising assets, and a Move-in-Kit consisting of custom designed items sourced from leading suppliers worldwide.
