“b*tch you doing a good job,” is my inner dialogue everyday even when I feel like I’m not. We have made it to the half way mark of being open and when I tell you this is not for the weak 😭! Here are some memories of what we’ve done these past months since opening! Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey one way or another. I really do believe in this concept and I hope you’ve been able to feel what we feel! Love you guys! 💚

Soooooo… we have made it into @maridad.studio art collection 😭 I have been a huge fan for years since my very first pop-up we did back in 2018! This beautiful interpretation of our baleada really is special. My whole mission is to introduce Honduran food in our own funky way and she really represents that.

We’re diving into Guyana merging our creole flavors with @tavel19 on a special collaborative menu that we can't wait to share! Chef T is putting his spin on a classic fish fry and we got some fish collars that will have those Louisiana-Honduran flavors you cannot miss!
