Alongside them, we’ve also just received our first drop from @nomadcoffee in Barcelona. Since opening in 2014, Nomad have built a reputation as one of Europe’s most respected specialty roasters, focusing on clarity, seasonality, and showcasing producers with minimal interference. Their coffees tend to lean elegant and structured, expressive without being overpowering.

This blend brings together two incredible Colombian coffees:
• a washed Red Bourbon from Wilton Benitez
• a Castillo honey processed peach co-ferment from Jairo Arcila
On their own they’re expressive coffees. Together they become something soft, floral, and ridiculously drinkable. Reminding us of peach iced tea, stone fruit, and delicate florals with a clean, refreshing finish.
A coffee designed to be shared after moving through trails, conversations, and long weekends in the mountains.
We’ll be pouring it on batch brew all weekend at Fidelity, and bags will be available in-store to take home.

This Thursday we’re teaming up with @notesrunning for a social run ahead of UTA. An easy community run through some of our favourite cliff-top trails and lookouts in the Blue Mountains. Expect golden light, good people, and a slower kind of evening.
We’ll finish back @fidelity.coffee for coffee, tea, poetry, and hanging around longer than planned.
NOTES will also have a limited Blue Mountains tee available, and the custom NOTES × FIDELITY blend will be flowing freely on batchy all evening.

We’ve also got something new we’re really excited about: @module.roast from Edinburgh, our first Scottish roaster on the shelf and their packaging is elite.
